My name is Shilpa L S, and Rishil Ventures is not just a business to me — it's a passion project rooted in a deeply personal experience.

As an engineer by education, I've always had an eye for detail, a love for aesthetics, and a natural talent for organization. But the true turning point came during a personal milestone — a cherished event that was marred by the failure of an event company. What should have been one of the happiest days in my life turned into a moment of disappointment. That experience planted a seed in my heart: no one else should have to go through what I did.

Fueled by that conviction, I envisioned Rishil Ventures — a space where celebrations are handled with care, empathy, and precision.

Before launching the brand, I immersed myself in the world of event management: interning with reputed firms, volunteering for community functions, and learning every aspect of execution from ground up. These experiences sharpened my ability to handle vendor management, the backbone of any successful event.
